We often use Infrared Thermography to enhance our inspections. Thermal imaging is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows us to identify characteristics that cannot be revealed with conventional inspection methods.
By using an infrared scanner to detect differences in the heat signatures of systems and areas of the home, thermal imaging helps us to see what the naked eye cannot. For example, a thermal image may reveal where cool air is escaping, insulation is missing, a circuit is overloaded, or moisture is collecting. In many cases where these conditions are hidden inside walls, the wall surface temperatures may reveal the hidden problem. A thermal image could provide information that will help in further evaluation of such hidden problems.
